Welcome to FASHI. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights. By using FASHI (website or mobile application), you agree to this Privacy Policy.

FASHI AI Solutions LLC is a Delaware-registered company based in the United States. All our operations, data processing, and business activities are conducted from the United States.

If you are located in the European Union, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2 Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

When you create and use your account, you may provide:

Name or username
Email address
Password (securely encrypted)
Profile photo (optional)
Clothing images uploaded to your wardrobe
Style preferences
Size or fit information (optional)
Messages sent to the AI Stylist
Wardrobe details and selections
Photos of your face that you choose to upload for the purpose of generating your personalized AI avatar

If you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from those services.

B. Camera & Photo Access

FASHI may request access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to upload clothing images to your digital wardrobe and to upload photos of your face for avatar generation.

We do not access your camera or photo library without your explicit permission. Images are stored securely using cloud infrastructure (such as Firebase Storage).

C. Facial Images & Biometric Data

When you upload photos of your face to create your AI avatar, these images are used exclusively to generate and maintain your personalized digital avatar. We do not use these photos to try to identify you, to verify your identity, or for facial recognition purposes.

Your facial images are processed as "special category data" under GDPR Article 9 and receive reinforced protection.

Stored securely in our cloud infrastructure (Firebase Storage by Google LLC)
Not shared with third parties other than our cloud provider
Never used for facial recognition or identity verification

You may request deletion of your facial images and your AI avatar at any time by contacting support@fashi.us.

D. Automatically Collected Information

Usage activity

4 Advertising & Future Monetization

FASHI currently focuses on delivering AI-powered styling and wardrobe management services. As part of our future growth strategy, FASHI may introduce advertising features under a freemium model.

If advertising is introduced:

We may use limited device or usage data to display relevant content

We may display contextual or interest-based advertisements

We will NOT sell your personal data

We will NOT share private wardrobe images or private AI chat content with advertisers

We will NEVER share your facial images or your AI avatar with advertisers under any circumstance

Where required by GDPR, we will request user consent before enabling personalized advertising

Users will have the ability to manage advertising preferences where legally required

We will update this Privacy Policy and notify users before material advertising changes become active.

6 AI & Automated Processing

FASHI uses artificial intelligence to:

Analyze uploaded clothing items

Categorize garments

Generate your personal AI avatar from facial photos you upload

Generate styling recommendations

Enable virtual styling features that display complete outfits on your avatar

AI outputs are assistive recommendations only and do not produce legal, financial, or similarly significant effects. If you have concerns, contact support@fashi.us.

7 Data Retention

We retain personal data while your account is active, as necessary to provide services, and as required by law.

Your facial images and AI avatar are retained while your account remains active to enable your styling features. You may request deletion of these at any time through in-app settings or by contacting support@fashi.us, independently of deleting your full account.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe unless legal obligations require retention.

8 Your Rights (GDPR & Similar Laws)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Access. The right to access the personal information we hold about you, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Rectification. The right to correct or update information we hold that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Erasure. The right to request deletion of the information we hold about you ("right to be forgotten"), including your AI avatar and facial images, subject to legal retention requirements.

Restriction of processing. The right to require us to stop certain processing activities, other than storage.

Objection. The right to object to our processing of your information, including for marketing or profiling.

Data portability. The right to receive a copy of certain data in a structured, commonly used format and to transfer it to another service.

Withdrawal of consent. Where we rely on consent to process your information, the right to withdraw it at any time.

If you believe we have infringed data protection laws, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.

9 Children's Privacy

FASHI is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

10 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL)

Secure cloud storage

Access control mechanisms

Authentication safeguards

Reinforced access control on biometric data (facial images) as required under GDPR Article 9

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

11 International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States, European Union, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom to a country that has not been determined as "adequate" by the European Commission or UK authorities are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for the transfer of personal data to third countries, or by the UK Information Commissioner's international data transfer addendum to the EU SCCs (as applicable).

12 Account Deletion

You may request account deletion:

Through in-app settings (if available), or
By contacting support@fashi.us

We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes (including introducing advertising or new data uses), we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date
Notify users within the app or via website
Request consent where required by law
